Old Man Properties is a land and property company with its office off Namanga Road, Kitengela, Kenya. In this policy, “we” means Old Man Properties. You can reach us at info@oldmanpropertiesltd.co.ke or on 0723 254 111.

What we collect

• Details you give us in a form, by phone or on WhatsApp: your name, phone number, email address and what you are looking for or selling.
• Details about land or property you ask us to sell, survey or transfer, such as the location, title number and documents you share.
• Basic technical data when you use this website, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and our hosting provider’s logs.

Why we use it

• To reply to you, arrange site visits and send you property that matches what you asked for.
• To carry out a sale, survey, transfer or conveyancing service you have asked us for.
• To meet our legal obligations, for example to the Lands Registry, the Kenya Revenue Authority and the courts.
• To keep this website secure and working, including stopping spam in our forms.

Who we share it with

We only share your data when it is needed to do what you asked: with advocates, surveyors and valuers working on your file, with government offices such as the Lands Registry and the Kenya Revenue Authority, and with the services that run this website, such as our web host and Cloudflare, which checks form submissions for spam. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years. Records of a sale, survey or transfer are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to us using it. Email info@oldmanpropertiesltd.co.ke. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner at odpc.go.ke.
