Land survey, transfer and conveyancing in Kitengela
Buying, selling, surveying and transferring land, handled by one office on Namanga Road since 2008.
What we do
Most land deals need a surveyor, an advocate and someone who knows the registry. At Old Man Properties they work in the same office, on the same file.

Site visit
We take you to the plot and show you every beacon on the ground. Visits run Monday to Saturday.
Official search
We share the search result from the Lands Registry before you pay any deposit.
Sale agreement
An advocate drafts the agreement with the price, payment dates and what happens if either side pulls out.
Transfer and title
We get the consents, pay stamp duty with you and register the transfer. You collect the title deed in your name.
Questions about our services
How much does a land survey cost?
It depends on the size of the land, how many beacons need placing and how far it is. We give you a quote after looking at the title and the survey map. Call or WhatsApp 0723 254 111.
Can you take over a transfer someone else started?
Yes. Bring the sale agreement and whatever documents you have. We run an official search first to see where things stand, then finish the transfer.
What is a mutation form?
A mutation form records a change to a parcel's boundaries, such as a subdivision. It is prepared by a licensed surveyor and must be approved before new titles can be issued for the new plots.
Do I need an advocate to buy land?
The law does not force you to use one, but an advocate protects you. They check the title, write the sale agreement and make sure you only pay when the documents are right. Our conveyancing service includes this.
Do you work outside Kitengela?
Yes. We handle surveys, transfers and conveyancing across Kajiado County and along Mombasa Road, including Isinya, Kajiado, Athi River, Syokimau and Mlolongo.
Where is your office and when are you open?
Our office is off Namanga Road in Kitengela. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm. Call or WhatsApp 0723 254 111.
