Sell your land in Kitengela and Kajiado
We value your plot, confirm the beacons, list it here and show it to buyers who are ready to pay. Then we handle the sale agreement and the transfer.
How selling with us works
Send us the details
Location, size, title number and the price you have in mind. A photo of the title helps.
We visit and value
We walk the boundary, confirm the beacons, search the title at the Lands Registry and advise you on price.
We list it and show it
Your plot goes on this website and to buyers already looking in your area. We take them to the land.
Agreement and transfer
When a buyer is ready, an advocate drafts the sale agreement and we handle the transfer to completion.
Tell us about your land

What you need to sell land
The original title deed in your name, your ID and KRA PIN, and recent rates and land rent receipts. If you are married, your spouse will need to consent to the sale.
If a document is missing, or the title is still in a relative’s name, tell us anyway. We start with an official search and explain what needs to happen before the land can be sold.
Questions sellers ask
What does it cost to sell through you?
Our fee is agreed with you in writing before we list the land. Call 0723 254 111 and we will explain it for your plot.
How long does it take to sell a plot?
It depends on the location, the price and the title. Plots with a clean title, clear beacons and a fair price sell fastest. We tell you what to expect after the valuation.
Can I sell land that is still in my late parent's name?
Not until succession is complete and the land is registered to the heirs. We explain the steps and can connect you with an advocate who handles succession.
Do I pay capital gains tax when I sell?
Yes. Capital gains tax applies when land is sold in Kenya and is paid before the transfer is registered. The advocate works out the amount and shows you before you sign.
